Ryan McGann is a third-generation tow operator with lifelong experience in the industry. He started by riding with his father and later began driving a flatbed at 16, followed by a heavy-duty wrecker at 18. While attending college, Ryan worked nights and weekends in the towing industry and earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering, as well as a Master’s in Engineering Management. In 2019, he received the Donnie Cruse Award in the Heavy Recovery section. Currently, Ryan serves as the Vice President of Operations at McGann and Chester LLC, where he focuses on strategic leadership and innovation in the towing industry. He is also a father of two, with hopes of passing on his knowledge and passion for the industry to his children.
